The SDVOSB must be a General Construction company with an approved NAICS Code 237990 and a bonding capacity of approximately $33.5 million. The SDVOSB contractor shall provide construction services for development of approximately 20 acres of gravesites including manufacture, delivery and installation of 5,000 pre-placed crypts. Other development will include earthwork, clearing and grubbing, grading, roads, utilities, fencing, irrigation, landscaping and administration trailers and pre-engineered buildings.
