Description: |
This project entails the renovation of the existing 118,000 SF three story Student Memorial Center and a 55,000 SF two-story addition. ?The expansion includes a new grand entrance and west entrance, offices, fitness areas, and open recreation gym with elevated indoor track. The renovation provides upgrades to offices, restrooms, and dining services. Building infrastructure upgrades to plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems. Landscaping and paving of the surrounding building site. Phase 1 foundation and structural steel work is currently under construction. AV and IT components are not included in this package.
Estimated Values: General Construction - $11,500,000 to $12,000,000; HVAC - $4,000,000 to $4,500,000; Plumbing - $750,000 to $1,000,000; Fire Protection - $750,000 to $1,000,000; Electrical - $3,000,000 to $3,500,000.
