Description: |
The firm will be responsible for providing construction management services as required for the construction of this project, the related support & ancillary facilities, the utility relocations, and the site improvements required. This project is generally described as construction of an 84,000 GSF facility composed of 3 major elements: Potomac Environmental Research & Education Center (49,000 GSF), Geospatial Research Center (15,000 GSF) & and a public science center supporting K-12 education (20,000 GSF). In addition, approx. 106,000 GSF of structured parking will be constructed. The University anticipates building this facility on approx. 2 acres of donated land in Prince William County, VA.
