Construction Services for the Care Detox Addition and Renovation

Includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Demolition and removal of existing office finishes and walls to expose the existing structure, including removal of existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems on the first and second floor of the work area. 2. Demolition and removal of existing exterior non-bearing walls and associated storefront windows. 3. Demolition and removal of existing interior concrete slabs, where necessary for new plumbing. 4. Demolition and removal of exterior landscaping and landscape improvements including exterior concrete slabs and CMU privacy wall(s). 5. New work to include a building addition of approximately 4,200 sf, first floor renovations of approximately 3,500 sf, and second floor renovations of approximately 5,500 sf, with associated finishes; casework; mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems; and data and telecommunications systems.
