Winston-Salem Avenue Improvements

As of August 11, 2022, this project was cancelled but will be resolicited in Spring 2023. The City of Virginia Beach, Virginia will receive sealed bids for the furnishing of all equipment, labor and material, and the performing of all work for the above described project. construction of an underground utility duct bank, replacement of existing storm drain pipe & structures, relocation of existing water & sewer lines and replacement of exist. roadway pavement along eastbound and westbound Winston Salem Avenue. Sidewalks and curb/ gutter will be replaced or constructed throughout the corridor along with roadway & pedestrian lighting and landscape vegetation.
