Purchase and deliver a ditch liner with anchors to the location specified (Reagan Hill Road). This quote is strictly for pick-up and delivery of the ditch liner product and anchors to the job site, not installation. Materials: The ditch liner shall be Flex-a-mat or approved equivalent channel liner. The liner shall be a tied concrete block mat with a double net and would excelsior blanket manufactured in both 5 ^ foot and 8 foot wide rolls. The individual blocks must be a rounded rectangular shape 2 ^ inches thick by 6 ^ inches wide by 6 inches in length with one and half inch spacing between the blocks. The blocks will be cast around and held together with geogrid, Fornit 30/30 or equal. The minimum 28 compressive strength of the concrete blocks must be 5000 psi.
