Description

This project consists of the design, procurement, and supervised installation of a playground system at Monument Park in Lehi, UT. The City requires suppliers to design a play system that meets or exceeds all current federal and local playground safety standards for age group 5 years of age to 12 years of age. The design intent of this trail-corridor park is a natural, flowing, open space feel, utilizing native open space areas mixed with trees, shrubs, and turf areas. While “post and platform” systems are okay, the city is seeking a non-traditional look and feel minimizing the use of metal (concern of nearby transmission lines) and maximizing natural materials where possible.
