Description | Offeror will install, per the manufacturer's written specifications, an approved cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner material in an existing 48"X30" CMP culvert with 130 lineal feet length in the East Salem Service District (ESSD). The culvert is located on Eldin Avenue NE and is approximately 335' north of the intersection of State Street and approximately 225' south of the intersection of Hudson Avenue NE. The location is represented by a point on the map in Exhibit B. All work shall be completed after the contract execution and between July 15, 2022 and September 30, 2022. Definition of quote items are defined below: o Mobilization includes all costs associated with obtaining any necessary permits, moving personnel, equipment, supplies and incidentals to and away from the project site. o Temporary Traffic Control includes all flaggers, signs, cones, and other items necessary for a complete, safe, and operational traffic environment. o Erosion Control includes all costs associated with installing and maintaining two Type 3 biofilter bag check dams as specified in ODOT Standard Drawing RD1005 at approximately 25 feet and 50 feet downstream of the culvert to be relined. Erosion Control also includes any necessary restoration of the ditch grading and planting to restore the ditch to its pre-construction condition. o Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) liner installation includes all cleaning existing culvert, pre-installation inspections, materials, fittings, and other incidentals required to reline the existing 48"X30" CMP culvert according to ASTM F1216-16. The Offeror shall submit to the County for approval prior to installation all materials to be used in the CIPP process. Offeror's unit price will apply if alternations to quantities are needed. |
