Description

Phase 1 consists of the construction of 1,501 homes on the northern section of the site. Future Sections of Phase 1 will include 716 homes. As of February 2023, a subdivision plat is awaiting signatures and the the lots have not been recorded by the City of Thornton for the additional sections of Phase 1. Two homebuilders have been selected. Information regarding subcontractor bidding opportunities has not been released. A timeline for construction has not been determined. *Parterre is a 800-acre mixed-use community with 4,100 homes along with retail and parking garage space.
