Recreation Center Restroom and Gym Addition

The City of West Miami proposes to demolish the existing single story, 950 square foot structure and construct a new 4,200 square foot Fitness Center as an addition to the existing Recreation Facility. The new Fitness Center will be a concrete/masonry structure with a storefront glazing system designed to maximize the natural light and provide visual contact between interior and exterior environments. The storefront glazing system must be designed to meet the current FBC for HVHZ
