Debris Dumping Transfer Station Services

The Chicago Park District (“CPD”) is soliciting bids from experienced and licensed operators to provide Debris Dumping Transfer Station Services. The Awardee shall provide all equipment, fuel, labor, management, materials, transportation, and any/all other services necessary to provide debris dumping transfer station services to the CPD in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification. Additionally, the Awardee will provide services of the highest and best quality that are competitively priced and delivered in a timely manner. Finally, the Awardee must have experience and an established, credible reputation for servicing large-volume, multiple location customers on a just-in-time basis. This contract shall be effective from the date of contract execution and shall continue in effect for a period of two (2) year, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The Director of Purchasing may extend this contract for three (3) additional one-year periods, under the same terms and conditions of the original contract period, subject to user department approval. Contractor will receive written notification of such an extension.
