Notice to Contractors and Subcontractors Advertisement for Bids Hometown Health Center Medical Office and Wellness Center Palmyra, Maine You are invited to submit a "Lump Sum" proposal for construction of a 50,000 sf multi-story steel framed building with associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical and site work in Palmyra, Maine. Bids shall be accompanied by a satisfactory bid bond for 5% of the bid, provided by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Maine. The selected Contractor will be required to furnish a 100% Contract Performance Bond and a 100% Contract Payment Bond provided by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Maine to cover the execution of the Work. The Owner reserves the right to waive all formalities and reject any and all Bids or to accept any Bid. Bids shall be submitted upon the Form provided by the Architect.
