SH 205 Sanitary Sewer Improvements

The city proposes to connect a 12" Sanitary Sewer line to an existing sanitary sewer manhole located on Southern end of the Sonoma Verde Development. This 12" sewer line is to be extended South across SH 205 by bore and is to proceed on a base or an alternate bid alignment as shown in the construction documents. The bid documents provided show these alignments as follows: Base Bid Alignment - Connect to an existing sanitary sewer manhole located on the Southern end of the Sonoma Verde development. Extend the proposed 12" sewer line to the South across SH 205 by bore and then install the 12" sanitary sewer line and it appurtnenances West parallel to SH 205 to the intersection of FM 550. The line will proceed Southwest at the intersection of SH 205 and FM 550 where it will terminate approximately 534 feet from the intersection for a total of 3300 feet of 12" sanitary sewer line. Alternate Bid Alignment - Connect to an existing sanitary sewer manhole located on the Southern end of the Sonoma Verde development. Extend the proposed 12" sewer line to the South across SH 205 by bore and then continue to the South towards the Chisholm Crossing Phase IV developement. The 12" sewer line is to run to the West parallel to the Northern limits of the Chisholm Crossing Phase IV development. This line will terminate approxiimately 200 feet to the West of the intersection of Cattle Baron Dr. and Highwater Crossing for a total of 3154 feet of 12" sanitary sewer line.
