Pre Qualification for Construction of Specific Park Recreation Facilities

The City of Roseville, Parks, Recreation & Libraries Department is hereby pre-qualifying Primary Contractors for the following park and recreation construction projects projected to be bid during the 2022 calendar year: Long Field Sports Complex, W-50D Neighborhood Park, Gibson Park – Phase 1, Royer Park Play Area Expansion, Saugstad Park Re-Envisioning, Denio Family Park – Phase 1, Campus Oaks City-wide Park Site, Campus Oaks Park CO-62, Maidu Softball Restroom Upgrades and Johnson Pool Building and Pool Upgrades. Roseville is an incorporated city with a population of over 143,000 residents, located on Interstate 80,approximately 15 miles northeast of Sacramento, California and continues to grow. At build out, the parks system would include over 140 parks.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
