Fire Station 22 Expansion and Remodel

The work to be performed for this project consists of furnishing all labor, tools, material and equipment necessary for completion of the Fire Station 22 Expansion and Remodel Project. The work consists of all labor, materials, and other incidentals for the expansion and remodel of a 11,148 Square foot Fire Station and associated site and offsite work. The existing Fire Station is a (1) story Reinforced Brick Masonry construction building built in 1980. The proposed expansion and remodel will include selective demolition, a 2,377 square foot addition, and remodel. The completed station will consist of (3) apparatus bays, support spaces, crew working spaces, crew living spaces, and (8) sleeping rooms. The site is approximately 1.49 acres. Site work will include site structures, storm water systems, utilities, landscaping, and paving. Offsite work includes project-related frontage improvements.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
