Description

Aloha Inn into Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) and is seeking bids for contractors to provide civil construction work to support the change in building occupancy. Contractor to install new monolithic ramp curb and gutter at the southwest intersection of SW Alexander and SW 198th Avenue, to install new fire service lateral to connect to newly installed fire sprinkler system, install fire protection vault (provided by contractor), to install bio-bag and filter sack at existing catch basin locations, and to provide ADA parking upgrades near the building entrance.
