All Proposers are hereby notified that the DBE requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 apply to this Solicitation. The DBE participation goal for the Contract is 10% race conscious. It is the policy of the Authority to practice nondiscrimination based on race, color, sex, or national origin in the award or performance of this Contract. The Authority encourages participation by all firms qualifying under this Solicitation, regardless of business size or ownership. The Contract term shall be for five (5) years with an additional five (5) one (1) year options to renew. Wage Rates for Federal-Aid Projects. The U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL) Wage Rates applicable to this contract are listed in Wage Rate Decision Number FL20220164 and FL20220202 as modified up through ten days prior to Proposal closing. When multiple wage tables are assigned to a Contract, general guidance of their use and examples of construction applicability is available on the Department website. Contact the Departments Wage Rate Coordinator before offering if there are still questions concerning the applicability of multiple wage tables.
