The work under this improvement consists of everything necessary to complete the project as shown by the plans and specifications for said items on file in the Office of the County Engineer, 62782 Bennett Ave., Cambridge, Ohio, 43725. The following forms must be completed and submitted as the bid package: BF I-IA Proposal bone, BF 2 Experience Statement, BF 3 Time of Completion, BF 4 Personal Property Tax Affidavit, and BF 5, 5A, 5B Proposal Forms. State prevailing wages rate apply to this state funded project. Please mark all envelopes (FEMA Slip Repairs). Engineer's estimate is Part 1: $548,447.00, Part Il: $136,901.00, Part Ill: $419,952.00. The owner reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any and all bids. THIS PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED BY Dec, 2,2022.
