Small Office Construction

To supply all needed labor and materials to construct a small office at the Washington County Human Services Department located at 333 East Washington St, West Bend WI. The work of this request is to construct and paint a small office, approximately 20' x 8' with a partition wall approximately 6' long as well as a single wall approximately 12' long. The office is to consist of four new metal stud walls with a finished wood door and finished metal door frame with a side light, along with one light switch, two duplex outlets, 1 quad outlet, installation of 3 sliding windows and any required wiring and all related materials, paint and hardware needed to construct the office to the County's satisfaction, Construction of the new office is required to be completed by October 15, 2020
