Construction and Demolition Dumpsters and Hauling of Materials

These services include the rental and delivery of construction and demolition dumpsters and the removal of full dumpsters. Prevailing wage rates apply to the dumpster hauling and are part of this solicitation. In 2019 there were approximately seventy (70) thirty (30) yard dumpsters rented with approximately 563 ton of construction debris removed. These services will be bid on a flat fee for: 1) Dumpster Rental: This will include the monthly rental of a 30-yard dumpster which shall include the delivery and pickup dumpsters. Dumpsters must be labeled with the company name and be uniquely identified with a serial or item number. A ticket must be provided and signed for by both parties with every delivery. 2) Dumpster Hauling: This will include the removal and dumping of full dumpsters as well as the redelivery of empty dumpsters. Disposal fees will be paid at the current costs No mark up or additional added costs are allowed for the dumping fees as they will be paid for at what is charged at the dumping site. Proof of the prices from the dumping site must be provided. Tickets with proof of the quantity of material must be provided.
