TARI - BNA Primary Monument Replacement

The general scope of work for this bid package includes the removal and replacement of the primary BNA monument sign structure. Specific scopes of work include: erosion and sedimentation control, demolition and disposal of existing structure(s), site clearing and grading, concrete foundation, steel framing, architectural cladding and lettering, electrical / illumination of structure, landscape and turf establishment, as well as any additional items such as but not limited to survey, traffic control, and site security that will enable a subcontractor to construct in accordance with the plans and specifications.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
