Refer questions to the Designer at: Hoffpauir/WHLC Architecture - A Joint Venture 1669 Lobdell Avenue, Suite H1 Baton Rouge, LA 70806 (225) 926-7406 joshua@hoffpauirstudio.com Provide access to and from site as required by law and by Parish: 1. Emergency Building Exits During Construction: Keep all exits required by code open during construction period; provide temporary exit signs if exit routes are temporarily altered. 2. Do not obstruct roadways, sidewalks, or other public ways without permit. B. Confine operations at site to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits, Contract Documents, and User Agency's specific instructions. C. Do not unreasonably encumber site with materials or equipment. Staging area will be located as shown on plans. D. Do not load structure with weight that will endanger the structure. Coordinate with User Agency. E. The Contractor shall at all times be responsible for ensuring the safety of all occupants and users of the building from injury or damage resulting from any contact with the work, workmen, or equipment. The Contractor shall at all times be responsible for protecting building, property and contents during construction. F. Move stored products which interfere with the operations of the building or the operations of other trades. G. Existing building spaces may not be used for storage. H. Utility Outages and Shutdown: 1. Limit disruption of utility services to hours the building is unoccupied. |
