| Description | Establish a contract, through open, competitive bidding, for City-Wide Custodial Services. It is the City’s intent to select one (1) Contractor to perform contracted services for the Public Works Department under the scope of this solicitation. The initial contract resultant from this solicitation shall prevail for a three (3) year period from the contracts initial effective date. Prior to, or upon completion, of that initial term, the City shall have the option to renew the contract for an additional two (2) year period on a year to year basis.
