Description

All requests or inquiries concerning the Bidding Documents, or the Work must be addressed to: Megan Cynar at megan.cynar@wsp.com. Questions will be accepted until February 8, 2023 at 4:00 PM ET. Soil erosion and sedimentation controls, site security until the work is complete, surfactant application to minimize VOC emissions while performing the work; excavation to the water table, as specified in the contract documents; loading, hauling, and disposal of impacted soil, loading, hauling, and recycling concrete and asphalt. The work includes demolition and disposal/recycling of two buildings and their contents. The work includes supporting the adjacent offsite building to the south with push-piles and providing temporary excavation support with a pre-engineered slide rail system along the eastern, southern, and western excavation limits as indicated in the drawings.
