The project is a new four level 150,000 sq ft load bearing metal stud student housing project. The building will house 600 beds. The project will be bordered by Barshop Blvd, Margaret Tobin Ave, and Chisolm Hall. The building will be clad with curtainwall, brick, insulated metal panels, and precast concrete. The roof will be PVC.
