Vecino Construction is the general contractor for the Cairn Point Austin Project located at 1500 E St Johns Avenue , Austin, TX 7875 2 . Cairn Point Austin will offer 150 studio apartments with access to high- quality supportive services in order to provide life-stabilizing solutions to elderly people who have experienced homelessness in our community. The Vecino Group is a national housing company dedicated to building a better world, one development, one community at a time. The Vecino Group has completed over 2,000,000 square feet of development, which includes over two dozen impactful housing developments . Cairn Point Austin project will consist of a new wood framed 4-story building that will have 150 apartments with centrally loca ted residential amenities, community room, lobby, supportive staff offices, fitness room, and approximately 73 parking spaces and 30 bike spaces .
