Description

J. Percy Priest North Murfreesboro Greenway Phase II: Firm Fixed-Price Construction Contract: build a multi-use paved trail along an existing equestrian trail at Central Valley Trailhead in Murfreesboro, TN. The greenway is estimated to be 8,458 feet long and 10 feet wide. The greenway will have a variable cross slope to support positive drainage towards the East Fork Stones River not exceeding 2% slope. The equestrian trail and the greenway will be separated by a 3-rail wood fence when spacing between the two trails is under 15’ from the edges to ensure proper distance between pedestrians and horses.
