Renovation of Two (2) Multi-Family Apartment Building

Interior and Exterior renovation of two public housing multi-family apartment buildings:101-104 George St., Hampton, GA 30228 (4 units in one building) and 109-112 George St., Hampton, GA 30228 (4 units in one building). All units are to receive full kitchen renovations, the replacement of flooring throughout the unit, and interior improvements to include finished drywall on all existing walls (including closets) and all ceilings. All units are to receive full bathroom renovations, new HVAC systems, water heaters, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, and new kitchen appliances. All units are to have electrical panels, wiring, outlets, smoke detectors, installed and brought to code. Renovations will include plumbing and new drains. Renovation is to include all concrete wall repairs (interior and exterior).
