Painting and Epoxy / Polyurethane Floor Covering and (Painting)

New Hope CORPS, Inc. is seeking qualified bidders to provide construction services for 2 projects at the New Hope CORPS, Inc. facility located at 1020 North Krome Avenue, Homestead, FL 33030. The projects are funded by the City of Homestead through the Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program and are subject to Federal conditions, including the Davis-Bacon Act and related labor standards. MBE and WMBEs are encouraged to apply. The surveillance project will consist of replacing the current surveillance system and the painting will consist of painting exterior buildings and covering concrete flooring with epoxy finish. The project will not require payment and performance bonds.
