Remodeling of Residential/Commercial Electricity Lab and Classrooms

WCCC is looking to build, alter, remove and/or refinish the following: 1. Remove existing support wall and restructure to expand classroom size in existing classroom 2. Remove existing windows in classroom and refinish wall surfaces to match existing 3. Remove existing exhaust hood in receiving area 4. Remove existing exterior man door built into small garage door and refinish wall surfaces to match existing 5. Remove existing wall between new classroom space and controls lab and refinish wall surfaces 6. Construct new workbench in classroom extension (24"D X 36" H X 20' L) 7. Plywood over and paint to match area of existing glass windows and door to controls lab 8. Construct 4 new work stations to match existing lab work stations (4'D X 4'W X 8'H) 9. Repaint floor area ceiling in existing and new classroom space to match existing.

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
