Construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion (0.25) and Onsite Lift Station - Phase 1 to Serve Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 87 Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 87 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bid security in the form of bid bond, certified check or cashier's check, Bid (5%) substantially complete the work within 270 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and to complete the project within 300 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
