Four-story Backflow Prevention Assembly Retrofit Project - Phase 1

Awarded vendor Agilis LLC a) Provide and install, per applicable codes, twenty-four (24) doublecheck backflow prevention assemblies, as detailed in this RFP. b) Obtain and complete all applicable backflow permits and inspections as required by the County of Albemarle. c) Complete a passing backflow prevention assembly test for each backflow prevention assembly, by a DPOR certified backflow tester. d) Submit a backflow prevention assembly test report, as detail in the RFP attachments, for each backflow prevention assembly. e) Provide a one (1) year warranty for each backflow prevention assembly and installation, to begin upon project closeout. f) Provide all services detailed in this RFP. The Albemarle County Service Authority (ACSA) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to furnish and install approximately 24 doublecheck backflow prevention assemblies on the private side of the domestic service for any townhome that has plumbing on the 4th floor in the Out of Bounds subdivision CONTRACT PERIOD: From Date of Award for 90 Consecutive Calendar Days All Inquiries for information should be submitted in writing and be directed to: Alexander J.
