Mount Pleasant Park Construction

The park is comprised of 2 multipurpose fields, 3 small ballfields, 1 playground, 2 parking lots, and about ½ mile of trail. Athletic/park amenity programming, schematic design, and cost estimating services for a complex planned at a recently acquired +/- 30 acres in Mt. Pleasant, NC. Firms will be asked to masterplan and cost estimate the amenities and the associated infrastructure (utilities, parking, etc.). Planned amenities include two (2) rectangular multipurpose fields, three (2) 225’ fence, dugouts, multiple picnic shelters, ballfield lighting, bathroom/concession building, maintenance building, playgrounds, and perimeter trail.
