South Campus (SC) M1 Building Renovation

The SJCCD South Campus M1 Building is a one story 8,639 square foot building with administrative areas and storage space including the proposed addition to the north wall. The building has a precast concrete structure, which was originally constructed between 1981 and 1983. The building is situated on approximately 1.52 acres of land on the SJCCD South Campus. The project consists of the implementation of College approved improvements indicated in the Facility Condition Assessment Report.
