Septic Line Cleaning - Dardanelle Powerhouse

Furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, supervision, inspection, testing and management required to perform work as described herein. This contract shall be to clean out and dispose of approximately 4,000 gal septic tank waste and to jet and camera approximately 400 ft of septic line to resume to a fully functional condition. 2.0 Location of work - Work will be performed on site at Dardanelle Power House (1022 Dardanelle Dam Road Dardanelle AR 72834) 3.0 Work Hours and Restrictions - All work shall be accomplished between the hours of 0700 and 1730, Monday through Thursday not including Federal Holidays. Access to the work sites must be arranged and approved no less than 48 hours in advance; photo identification must be provided upon arrival and prior to accessing the facility. 4.0 Commencement, Prosecution and Completion of Work - The contractor shall be required to commence work upon award or issuance of the contract, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the entire work ready for use not later than 30 days after date of award. 5.0 Description/Specifications/Work Statement - Pump out and dispose of approximately 4,000 gal of waste from the septic tank inside the Dardanelle Power House. Clean out approximately 400 ft of septic line inside the Dardanelle Power House with a water jet, then use a camera to verify lines are clean and free of debris. Contractor submitted quote shall include all related expenses including but not limited to: Parts/Materials, Tools, Labor, Travel and Lodging if necessary
