Contract Award Date: Jun 02, 2022 Contract Award Number: 140P8422C0001 Task/Delivery Order Number: Contractor Awarded Unique Entity ID: VHKDK4PLJ1F9 Contractor Awarded Name: SITE WORK SOLUTIONS Contractor Awarded Address: Redding, CA 96001 USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $363224 REPLACE WATER SUPPLY MAIN AND ACCESS ROAD AT DRAKESBAD GUEST RANCH, PLUMAS COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. The National Park Service, Lassen Volcanic National Park, has a requirement for the replacement of the water supply main and access road at Drakesbad Guest Ranch, located at the southeast end of the park. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies necessary to complete the work as identified in the project specifications and associated documents provided as attachments to the solicitation. All work shall be performed in accordance with local, state, and federal laws. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits required to successfully complete the work. Per FAR 36.204 the project range is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 237110, with a corresponding size standard of $39.5 million in annual gross receipts for the past three years. This acquisition is a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from HUBZone small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered. The work of this contract consists of supervision, labor, equipment, testing, and supplies required for the construction of a new 6 HDPE water supply main and reconstruction of the primary access road from the guest ranch to the water storage tank. The new water main will be located along the rehabilitated road. The road will be modified to improve drainage and restore the natural hydrology of the area. The RFP will close 30 days from the actual date of issuance. The offeror is responsible for periodically checking the website for any Amendments that may be issued prior to the closing date of the RFP. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract. Award selection will be made on a Best Value determination made after consideration of price and factors other than price (relevant experience, California contractor license, technical competence of key personnel, scheduling and project management, and past performance) as listed in the Request for Proposal. An organized site visit will be scheduled. While not mandatory, offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. See Section L of the RFP (when issued) for more information regarding the date, time, and location of the site visit. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
