| Description | The work includes demolition, removal, and disposal of four buildings, concrete, and asphalt pavement from the site. Removal and disposal of one croc and two underground storage tanks (USTs) including residual liquid or sludge. Removal of soil that is impacted with volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The impacted soil will be excavated, transported, and disposed of at a licensed Type II disposal facility. Excavations will be backfilled with MDOT Class II Sand. Site restoration will consist of placement, seeding, and mulching of topsoil. |
