Granite Point Subdivision Remedial Construction

Remedial activities include but are not necessarily limited to mobilization/demobilization, site preparation including tree stump removal; excavation of soil exceeding the unrestricted soil cleanup objectives (primarily for lead); chemically treat the soil to stabilize lead concentrations and render disposal non-hazardous; management of construction phase water; transport and off-site disposal of excavated soil; and restoration. Work will be performed under State and Federal permit requirements. The estimated range for this work is: $8 Million to $12 Million. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
