NMSR 38 Sidewalk Replacement, Mill and Inlay

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Reconstruction of approximately 6,530 SY of sidewalks, 850 SY of drive-pads, 8,870 LF of curb and gutter, 570 LF of valley gutter, 38 curb returns, 19 median or curb drop inlets, 27,870 SY of mill and inlay of the asphalt surface and other related work on NMSR 38 (Main Street) Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
