The project is located on on 1.23 acres. Scope details have not been released. As of August 17, 2022 the project is in planning stage and seeking rezoning approval from the Sarasota County Board of Commissioners. A meeting is scheduled for September 27, 2022. The county Planning Commission recommended approval on August 4, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined, but is not expected to begin before 2023.
