| Description | The BIENVILLE PARISH POLICE JURY is seeking a qualified contractor to collect, transport and dispose of the Solid Waste in Bienville Parish. The selected contractor will be required to submit a proposal for the collection, transportation and disposal of all Solid Waste in Bienville Parish excluding White Goods. The contractor will also be required to submit a separate proposal for furnishing 6cy containers to commercial businesses. The procedures for the selection of this contractor will be in accordance with the procurement of the BIENVILLE PARISH POLICE JURY. All responses received will be evaluated by the Solid Waste Committee and selection will be approved by the BIENVILLE PARISH POLICE JURY. The proposal packet contains all information and guidelines for submission of a proposal. Actual terms and conditions of the final contract will be negotiated and approved by the BPPJ. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. |
