This project will include: This project will repair the East Parking and West Parking Garage located at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, 2215 Fuller Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Repairs on the East and West Parking structure include repairing the concrete surface, the installation of fall deterrent systems (East), replacing existing LED lighting fixtures, tuck pointing bricks, replacing expansion joints, repaint of the parking markings, replacing existing signage, replacing the storm piping (East), painting the ceiling (East Level C), renovating the hospital entrance (East), repairing roof leaks within the stairwells (West), renovation to the stairwell, and adding ventilation to stairwells The IT Security requirements for Certification & Accreditation requirements do not apply and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. The contractor and all sub-contractors will be required to complete annual privacy training by reading and signing the Privacy Training TMS 20939 prior to beginning any work. The General Contractor will receive a total of 380 days to complete the construction.
