Description

The Contractor shall provide pressure cleaning services to include, but not limited to, curbs and gutters, medians, sidewalks, roofs, buildings, courts, car stops, and park structures within the City of Greenacres in accordance with the following scope of services. Clean and power wash all dirt, mildew, stains, gum, graffiti, peeling, blistering and flaking paint, salt deposits and other foreign matter to be removed. Remove discoloration and restore concrete to its original condition. Contractor shall work within a schedule agreed upon with the City that is estimated to be completed throughout the contract period. Contractor shall coordinate work hours and schedules with the Contract Coordinator.
