Standby Maintenance & Emergency Services

This Work generally will include, but not be limited to, providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to rehabilitate and repair existing sanitary and storm sewers in SD1’s collection system and pumping stations, and performing emergency work. It is SD1’s intention to establish a contract for each of the four (4) scopes of the as-needed performance of Standby Maintenance & Emergency Services (“Work”). Work Scope 1 - Open cut Sewer Repair and Replacement. Work Scope 2 - Trenchless Sewer Construction. Work Scope 3 - Vertical Asset Repair and Replacement. Work Scope 4 - Large Diameter Sewer Cleaning (man entry) and Supplemental Labor. The agreement will run for a period of one (1) year from effective date, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year periods, upon mutual agreement by both parties.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Special Procedures, Health, Safety, and Emergency Response Procedures, Facility Maintenance.
Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Utility Drainage Piping, Storm Utility Water Drains, Storm Drainage Structures.
