Description | The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum. Procurement results will become available after approval by the Board of Trustees. CONTRACT - This Proposal, when properly accepted and approved by the Allen Independent School District School Board of Trustees, shall constitute a Contract equally binding between the successful proposers and the Allen ISD. No different or additional terms will become part of this Contract with the exception of any addendum. CONTRACT AWARD DATE - The RFP award shall be effective upon Board approval on June 20, 2023. The Deadline for Questions - Friday, May 26, at 8:00 AM. An Addendum Issued with answers to the any questions will be posted on Tuesday, May 30 |
