A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. Surface preparation, coatings, paintings, and sealants for the renovation of the outdoor stadium bleachers. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. East Guernsey Local School District Baseball Field Improvements All bids must include a Bid Guaranty in the form of a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Contract Documents. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 clays after the bid opening. East Guernsey Local School District reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids, and conduct investigations as needed to determine bidder responsibility.
