| Description | Renovations of the Kaufman Golf Course Clubhouse including removal and replacement of the existing roof and to improve the main entry to the clubhouse. The entry improvements consist of adding a gable end with a 6’ overhang to the south side of the building including decorative timber posts on top of stone piers. The existing stone & built up roofing to be removed to wood decking and replaced with new metal roof per drawings and details (Exhibit A).
