Description

Hillsborough County requires an experienced and qualified Progressive Design-Build team for the design, permitting, and construction of approximately 13 miles of 36-inch reclaim water transmission main and 11 miles of 42-inch force main known as the South County One Water Campus Pipeline Corridor project (SCOWCPC) for the Water Resources Department. In accordance with Hillsborough County Ordinance No. 21-17 (Construction Apprenticeship Program), the requirements and resulting contract require at least 12% of the Labor Hours for Apprentices.
