Questions pertaining to the Bid document will be accepted up to five days prior to the scheduled opening date and time referenced above. Per the City of Tampas Communication Policy during any solicitation period, including any protest and/or appeal, there should be no contact with City officials or employees, other than with the individual listed above, the Director of Purchasing or the Legal Department, permitted from any Bidder.
