ASU at Mesa City Center / The Plaza at Mesa City Center Construction Manager At Risk

The first phase of the project is comprised of a 100,000 to 125,000 square-foot new building, site improvements, and an approximately 2 to 3-acre urban plaza space. The proposed building will support programs related to digital and sensory technology, film and media arts, user experience design, and entrepreneurial support. This project will create unique, sustainable, and architecturally significant spaces for ASU and the City. The Plaza at Mesa City Center will be a gathering point the community. It will consist of a large open space, a water feature, and seasonal ice rink. This plaza space will also create a strong pedestrian connection between the light rail station to the new ASU facility.
